Ingredients
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh garlic, minced
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 tsp dried Italian seasoning
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tsp Kosher salt
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/4 – 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
3 lbs boneless pork loin chops
Directions
- Place all ingredients into a large bowl (except pork).
- Whisk to combine ingredients.
- Reserve 1/4 cup of the marinade and place in a separate container for basting. Keep refrigerated.
- Add the pork chops to a gallon-sized resealable freezer bag.
- Add marinade to the pork chops.
- Seal bag and turn to coat.
- Place in the refrigerator and marinade overnight (up to 12 hours).
- Bring the reserved marinade to room temperature and whisk before using to baste pork chops.
- Drain marinade from porkchops, pat dry, and proceed with the cooking method of your choice.
Notes
- Feel free to use bone-in pork chops if that’s what you prefer.
- You can use the pork marinade for baked, broiled, and sautéd pork if you prefer those methods over grilling.
