Bloody Mary seasonings are the perfect compliment to steak. The result is mouthwatering juicy perfection in every bite! This is my family’s favorite marinade hands down.

Ingredients

  • 2-3 lbs boneless beef flat meat, flank, or skirt steak

  • 1 cup V8 juice

  • 1/2 cup vodka (I use Svedka)

  • 1 tsp sea salt

  • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper

  • 1 tsp Tabasco

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp celery seed

  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tbsp prepared horseradish

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients except for steak in a large bowl.
  • Add the steak to a 1-gallon resealable freezer bag.
  • Add the marinade ingredients to steak.
  • Seal bag and turn to coat.
  • Marinate in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
  • Preheat the grill to high, remove steak from marinade and wipe the excess liquid off with paper towels.
  • Grill both sides and lower heat to medium, cook to medium-rare.
  • Let steak rest for a few minutes, cut on the bias against the grain, then serve!
