Coconut milk brings out the natural sweetness in corn. The corn slowly simmers in the milk and seasonings and gets infused with the perfect sweet and salty flavor.

Ingredients

  • 5-6 ears corn, shucked, silk removed, cut in half

  • 1 can coconut milk

  • 1 cup water

  • 4 tbsp salted butter, cut into 4 or 5 pieces

  • 1 tsp Lawry’s Seasoned Salt

  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

Directions

  • Place corn pieces in a large crockpot and add remaining ingredients.
  • Cover and cook on high for 3 hours or until corn is tender.
  • Remove corn to a serving platter and drizzle lightly with sauce from the crockpot.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • If your corn is ready before you want to serve it, just switch the slow cooker to the “Keep Warm” setting.
