These delicious glazed carrots make a great side dish to a variety of dishes!

Ingredients

  • 1 package – 16 oz baby carrots or bag whole carrots cut into 1″ pieces

  • 3 tbsp butter

  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger

  • 1/4 tsp Lawry’s seasoned salt

  • parsley – minced

Directions

  • In a sauce pan, bring water and carrots to a boil.
  • Reduce heat, cover and cook 10-12 mins or until tender.
  • Drain and keep warm.
  • In the same pan, melt butter.
  • Add brown sugar, mustard, ginger, and seasoned salt.
  • Stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved.
  • Add carrots and a sprinkle of minced parsley and stir until well coated and heated through.
  • Enjoy!
