Ingredients
2-3 lbs boneless beef flat meat, flank, or skirt steak
1 cup V8 juice
1/2 cup vodka (I use Svedka)
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp Tabasco
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp celery seed
1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp prepared horseradish
1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
- Mix all ingredients except for steak in a large bowl.
- Add the steak to a 1-gallon resealable freezer bag.
- Add the marinade ingredients to steak.
- Seal bag and turn to coat.
- Marinate in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
- Preheat the grill to high, remove steak from marinade and wipe the excess liquid off with paper towels.
- Grill both sides and lower heat to medium, cook to medium-rare.
- Let steak rest for a few minutes, cut on the bias against the grain, then serve!
