This frozen treat is delicious, satisfying, and impressive to serve! It’s an excellent dessert to bring to any summer gathering because it can be made ahead and stored in the freezer.

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp instant coffee granules

  • 1 tbsp hot water

  • 32 Oreo cookies, smashed into small crumbs

  • 1-1/2 cups chopped pecans, divided

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

  • 2 packages / 8 oz each cream cheese, softened

  • 1 can / 14 oz sweetened condensed milk

  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup + more for drizzling (I recommend Hershey’s Syrup, Special Dark)

  • 1 carton / 8 oz Cool Whip, thawed

Directions

  • In a small bowl, dissolve coffee granules in hot water, set aside.
  • Lightly spray a 13″x9″ baking dish with non-stick spray, set aside.
  • In a medium sized bowl, combine cookie crumbs, 1 cup of pecans, and butter.
  • Pat evenly into the 13″x9″ baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy.
  • Blend in coffee mixture, sweetened condensed milk, and chocolate syrup.
  • Fold in Cool Whip and spread over crust.
  • Sprinkle the remaining pecans on the top.
  • Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm, I freeze mine overnight.
  • When ready to serve, cut dessert into squares and drizzle with more chocolate syrup if desired.
