Enjoy this sweet side dish for your Thanksgiving dinner!

Ingredients

  • 2 cans – 40 oz each Yams, mostly drained, some juice is good

  • 1 can – 20 oz crushed pineapple

  • 1 stick butter, softened

  • 1 cup syrup

  • 1 bag mini marshmallows

Directions

  • Mash all ingredients together in a bowl, except mini marshmallows.
  • Add all to a large casserole dish, or 13×9″ pan.
  • In a pre-heated 375° oven, bake for 1 hour or until bubbling.
  • Top with mini marshmallows and bake another 15 mins or until browned.
