Ingredients
5-6 ears corn, shucked, silk removed, cut in half
1 can coconut milk
1 cup water
4 tbsp salted butter, cut into 4 or 5 pieces
1 tsp Lawry’s Seasoned Salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Directions
- Place corn pieces in a large crockpot and add remaining ingredients.
- Cover and cook on high for 3 hours or until corn is tender.
- Remove corn to a serving platter and drizzle lightly with sauce from the crockpot.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
- If your corn is ready before you want to serve it, just switch the slow cooker to the “Keep Warm” setting.
