Ingredients
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp Kosher salt
6 large ears sweet corn, husked
1/2 cup water
additional smoked paprika
Directions
- Mix together first 5 ingredients.
- Place each ear of corn on a large piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil.
- Divide butter mixture evenly and spread mixture all over each ear of corn.
- Wrap foil around corn, sealing tightly, place in a 6-quart slow cooker.
- Add water, cook, covered on low for 4-1/2 hours, then you can switch to warm setting until serving.
- If desired, sprinkle corn with additional paprika before serving.
